fantastic city apartment experience

the staff helped transfer our luggage to the apartment i really appreciated that. our apartment was located on a quiet road that was great after a long day. the apartment met all our needs and more and i enjoyed my time there. we found a larger supermarket only a short walk away a very convenient location.
the hot water in the shower was a little inconsistent that was somewhat annoying.

our one-bedroom apartment included a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa the bedroom had blackout curtains ensuring a good night's sleep and there was ample storage space for our belongings.

the hotel staff provided complimentary luggage storage upon arrival that was super convenient. check-in was quick and efficient and the staff explained all the apartment facilities. they also gave us a map of the local area that i appreciated.

the apartment complex featured a secure entrance and a well kept courtyard the courtyard was peaceful. there was also a laundry room available so it was convenient to do laundry.

the apartment was within easy walking distance of many attractions and restaurants i enjoyed that convenience. a bus stop was nearby providing easy access to other areas and smaller supermarkets were very close that i appreciated.

unpleasant smelldimly lit
Upon arrival, the driver seemed impatient, which rushed the experience (not a great start). i noticed a very unpleasant smell inside. the apartment was very dimly lit. the bathroom wasn't clean at all. I saw squashed bugs in the shower and mould on the wall. also, the shower curtain was filthy, and the shower itself was hard to use properly. raising these issues with the staff didn't help. They became defensive and dismissive, denying the problems existed.
